If every step may be your last, does it really make sense to place your fate in someone else's hands? If you could fail going forward or backward, why do people decide to backtrack so often in their lives. When something is broken, it is usually repaired to full or better conditions. The world never stops spinning, but some people will try and convinve you that you that it, in fact, does. We each must face ourselves at the end of the day so why are we so concerned with what other's think? I, myself, am included in everyone of these questions. But I also realize that everyday is a new day. Everyday could, in fact, be my last, and I wouldn't ever know it. I know that I can't change who I am for someone else, because I know who I am on the inside. From the moment that we open our eyes and take a breath there are decisions to be made, and make them we must. Some use God to guide them or multiple Gods, some use wisdom and proverbs and some of us go blindly hoping for the best. I've come to realize that's it not the decisions that we make (because everyone males some bad ones) it's the love and laughter that decides the weight of our lives. I am fully prepared to accept whatever comes my way because I have so much love and laughter in my life. We live in a beautiful world and sometimes it get's a little dark, but it's no reason to give up.
I don't know why I am so optimistic lately, but I just really have begun to feel that my life is going exactly where it should. I have amazing friends and live in a gorgeous city. Everything will work out and it'll all be okay.
